Once you pick your niche topic – make sure you pick your initial products/services that are good that people need and want.
Create Your Own Info Product:
After selecting your particular niche that you will start with, begin to offer your niche to people as a soft approach: What I mean is don’t start out by directly trying to sell them the product/service you have.
You will want to be seen as a helper for your particular niche topic. Why is this important? Because when people trust what you are saying, then they will trust your product/service to purchase, here is the genius behind earning multiple streams of income.

Once you create your website or blog, then start creating and filling up your site with content that is useful, remember: the content must be helpful to your audience.
Build Your Email List Builder:
After creating your website/blog and its running, begin focusing on growing your email list for your potential customers.
Even though you are creating an affiliate marketing effort, you need to grow an email list. Generous commissions are generated through this email list.
When people are visiting your site, they may not immediately buy your product/service, but they may read what you have to say. By getting them to provide you with their email, you can communicate with them and eventually convert them to paid customers.
The only way you will be able to do this is via an autoresponder. It handled all the signup and follow-up communications with your prospects. I personally have been using GetResponse since 2006 and find they are the best in the industry. They are the leader in providing this type of service and their reputation is amazing.
With GetResponse you will then create what is called an opt-in form pasted on your website or blog. It is very easy to do and GetResponse has many choices in selecting your op-in forms and they have an amazing online chat help that is real time.
Give away helpful valuable information – this can be via a training course or a downloadable package or ebook that your visitors must have. If you can’t create something like this, then simply buy the product or service and give it away for free. You can find products to give away: they are called PLR (Private Label Right).
You can find tons of products in every niche you can possibly think about that you can buy and own the Master Rights to. This means that you can brand them yourself with your own name and give them away. Just do a google search for “your niche + plr” or your niche + master rights”.
Make affiliate marketing part or your multiple income stream
